Peter Burt has lived in Palm Beach County most of his life and has sold properties not only in North Palm Beach, where he currently resides, but also all over the county - including: Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Juno, Jupiter, Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Lantana, Lake Worth, The Acreage, Royal Palm Beach and Wellington. Peter has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in Palm Beach County and continues to educate himself on the ever changing real estate trends in this often unpredictable market.

Peter works as both a Listing Agent and a Buyer's Agent and since 1999 has closed over 200 Million dollars in real estate transactions. Currently, he has diversified in this rocky, yet often robust market, working on numerous transactions that include, not only high-end luxury properties but also Short Sales and Bank Owned single family homes, condos, townhouses and rentals. He also has experience in the construction and building industry and was involved in several high-end projects from 2004 to 2010. He's also worked on million dollar plus Commercial real estate sales and corporate leasing of office space.

Prior to starting his career in Real Estate, Peter traveled the country extensively working as a journalist in New York and California.

Peter is a 1990 graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and locally graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1984, he also is a father of four children, ages 7 to 13.
